HLQY-26-1700 Multi Blade Block Cutting Machine — Batch Slab Cutting for Granite & Marble

A heavy-duty multi blade block cutting machine built for the first cutting stage in a stone plant. The HLQY-26-1700 uses a six-cylinder gantry structure and a Siemens PLC fully automatic control system, so large granite, marble and sandstone blocks can be cut into slabs in batches with high output and low material loss.

Why it holds accuracy under heavy load

• Six-cylinder gantry structure — six columns guide the beam up and down; the machine weighs about 33 t, so the beam travels smoothly with no vibration deviation during cutting.
• Extra-heavy crossbeam — the beam alone weighs more than 14.5 t and stays stable under continuous high-load cutting of large blocks.
• Linear guide transmission — both the crossbeam and the longitudinal beam run on linear guide rails for high precision and long service life.
• Siemens PLC control — fully automatic control system with standard electrical components: simple to operate, stable in production, easy to diagnose and maintain remotely.
• Adjustable multi blade setup — blade diameter from 1700 mm to 3000 mm, and the number and spacing of saw blades can be set to suit the raw block.
