Marble Slab Splitting Machine

HLDP-1800 is a basic equipment for production of thin marble composite slabs. With band saw blades or diamond wire and automatic convey feeding belt, it can horizontally splite the slab into slices easy, smoothly and high effieciently.

Main Features

* The saw blade tensioning adopts an automatic constant pressure hydraulic device. It has the advantages of uniform strength, stable pressure, longer service life of the saw blade, and convenient operation.
* The slicing thickness can be adjusted by screen setting and controlled by PLC automatically, which make the operation easy and greatly improve the work efficiency.
