HKNC-500 5-Axis CNC Bridge Cutting Machine - Cutting, Milling, Carving and Profiling in One Setup

A five-axis CNC bridge cutting machine (4-axis linkage plus 1-axis electronic control) built for high-value granite, marble and other stone slabs and blocks. Instead of separating cutting, milling, carving and irregular-surface work across different machines, the HKNC-500 handles all of them in one setup, using an Italian EAS CNC control system. The all-in-one monobloc structure can be loaded fully into a container without disassembly, which keeps overseas delivery and installation straightforward.

What you get for the money

  • Italian CNC control package - EAS CNC system with CAD/CAM drawing software and digital servo motors, paired with Siemens and Schneider electrical components for stable, easy operation.
  • Full-angle processing - the saw blade tilts 0-90 degrees and rotates 0-360 degrees with fully automatic positioning, covering straight cutting, circular cutting, irregular cutting and sink processing.
  • Camera positioning as standard - slabs are photographed for positioning and automatic layout, which improves material yield; a texture matching system is available as an option.
  • Vacuum lifter for cut pieces - workpieces are moved automatically, saving labour and reducing handling damage.
  • Monobloc structure - ships fully loaded in the container without dismantling, cutting down on loading, unloading and on-site assembly work.
  • Rigid frame, accurate finish - high-precision linear guide rails keep the machine running without vibration, which shows up in the accuracy of the finished product.
